These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your participation in competitions organised by Maldives Volleyball ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or registering, you agree to these Terms.
To register a team or a player, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details confidential. We may suspend or remove accounts that contain false information or are misused.
Teams are responsible for the accuracy of the squads, rosters, and player details they submit. Registrations and squad lists may require review and approval by the organisers before they are published or take effect. We may reject or amend entries that do not meet competition rules.
You keep ownership of the photographs, logos, and information you submit. By submitting them, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant Maldives Volleyball a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the competitions and the website.
Fan voting is provided for fun and engagement. Votes must be cast fairly. Any attempt to manipulate voting through automated tools, duplicate submissions, or other unfair means is prohibited, and we may discount affected votes or disqualify entries at our discretion.
By taking part, you agree that profiles, squads, fixtures, results, standings, galleries, and award winners may be published on the public website and used in related promotion of the competitions.
The website, its design, and its original content (excluding content submitted by users) are owned by Maldives Volleyball and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information such as schedules or results is always accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maldives Volleyball is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or to any account that breaches these Terms or the competition rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shown with these Terms reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
