  • Team information — team name, team code, contact email, address, island/atoll, and your team logo.
  • Player & official profiles — name, photograph, gender, nationality, playing position, jersey number, current club, and any social media links (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) you choose to provide.
  • Squad & participation data — the rosters teams submit linking players and officials to teams and tournaments, plus match line-ups, results, and awards.
  • Fan voting — the player you vote for, together with limited technical information used to keep voting fair and prevent duplicate votes.
  • Technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as IP address and device/browser type) and cookies needed to keep you logged in.

  • To register and manage teams, players, officials, tournaments, and matches.
  • To publish public profiles, directories, squads, fixtures, results, standings, and awards.

By taking part in our competitions you understand that certain information is published on the public website — including player and team profiles, jersey numbers, positions, clubs, squad lists, match results, standings, galleries, and award winners. Please do not submit information or photographs you do not want shown publicly.

Volleyball participants may be minors. We keep competition records (such as profiles, squads, results, and awards) for as long as needed to maintain the historical record of our leagues, unless you ask us to remove your personal information and we are not required to keep it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
